If you are looking only to eat heathier and get down on your weight only, replace your food consumption with complimentary eating. For example:

Protein – eggs, chicken, fish, bison, beef etc.

Fibrous carbs – fruits and veg.

Starchy carbs – sweet potatoes, rice, oatmeal etc.

Fat – avocado, nuts, olive oil etc.
